  2. Pricing & Payment- All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed before your order is processed. We accept secure payment methods available during checkout. 
  3. Product Descriptions- We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However: Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Packaging may differ slightly from the images shown. Minor variations in natural products may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions without prior notice.
  4. Order Acceptance- Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: Product unavailability Pricing or technical errors Suspected fraudulent activity Violation of these Terms If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the applicable refund will be processed. 
  5. Shipping & Delivery -Orders are processed within 5-10 business days after successful payment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services. Delays caused by weather, strikes, natural disasters, or courier issues are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. 
  6. Returns & Refunds- Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details. Generally: Return requests must be initiated within 6 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless damaged or defective. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
